The Valley Beth Shalom Early Childhood Center is a nurturing place for families with children birth through five years of age. Through Jewish culture and traditions, our children learn about themselves and their place in our community and our world. We embrace the uniqueness of each child and offer innovative Reggio Emilia based programs that prepare children for a lifelong love of learning.

Understanding of self is the primary developmental task of very young children. Our teachers, administrators and rabbis work closely with your family to help each child answer these simple, yet profound questions:
Who am I?
Where do I fit in the world?
Am I good?

EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS
The safety and welfare of young people is viewed as a most important responsibility of our entire staff here at Valley Beth Shalom. At no time is their safety more important than during a state of emergency, which may arise when the children are attending one of our educational programs here. Public safety officials maintain that a school environment like ours provides the safest possible protection during the time of a general emergency. Valley Beth Shalom has developed procedures and an extensive plan of action in anticipation of such unpredictable times.
