We are excited you will all be joining our school community for the 2023-2024 school year, and can't wait to get started. But first… 

The health and safety of your children is of utmost concern to all of us at VBS. The ECC requires all new and returning families to complete and return the health and emergency forms contained in the Health Forms Packet.

Please view, download and print the Health Forms Packet below. Please return a completed packet of ALL required forms to the ECC Main Office in any of the following ways:

• Send to us by snail mail (Attention: Aimee Sesar, VBS ECC, 15739 Ventura Blvd., Encino, CA 91436)
• Scan and email to Aimee Sesar at asesar@vbs.org
• Drop-off at the VBS Security Booth, Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm (Attention: Aimee Sesar)
• Return to any ECC Administrator at morning or afternoon carline
• If necessary, we can provide a hardcopy packet per request
