Tuesday Night: Death of a Parent Group
Bereavement support for adult children whose suffered the death of a parent. This group provides individuals a safe place to share and heal their grief.
Facilitated in 8-week series
7:00-8:30 p.m.
Call to make an appointment for an orientation
Thursday Night: Widow/Widower Support Groups
Bereavement support is offered to widows and widowers for the first two years of their loss.
Four groups are offered based upon the number of months from the death of a loved one.
6:30 p.m. Orientation
7:00-7:30 p.m. Coffee, social time and announcements
7:30 - 9:00 p.m. Group Meeting

Thursday Night: New Beginnings Alumni Group
This group is offered only for individuals who have completed the 2 year bereavement groups offered by HOPE Connection. The New Beginnings group assists individuals to discuss and transition into their new role as a "single" and sometimes as a new couple. Issues discussed might include: family and friend relationships, dating, the life of a single person, changing values and beliefs, spirituality, grief issues that get activated and how to create a healthy, functional life after grieving the death of a spouse. This is a place to problem solve life's ongoing struggles, share life's joys and continue to feel connected.

Bereavement support for adult children whose suffered the death of a parent. This group is facilitated in 8-week series. This group gives individuals a safe place to share and heal their grief.
7:00-8:30 p.m. Group Meeting
Call to schedule a one-time orientation meeting
Fees and Orientation: One time only orientation fee for all groups $50
It is necessary to call in advance to schedule a one-time orientation for all groups.
Fee for each group is $30 per session. Other arrangements can be discussed if needed.
