Connecting VBS Physicians and Clergy

Dinner for Docs is an extraordinary and innovative program exclusively for VBS members who are physicians. Started back in 2009, these evenings include dinner, wine and conversation about diverse doctoring and medical-ethical issues melded with the study of ancient Jewish wisdom with Rabbis Ed Feinstein & Nolan Lebovitz.  Each session is led by a volunteer physician from the group who works with the Rabbi to select a topic and study the relevant Jewish texts. This is an ongoing program meeting three times each year. Every gathering stands alone so physicians can attend as often as their schedules permit.
