TK-7TH IN SESSION THIS SUNDAY!

Shalom ECLC Families,

We hope to see you all this Sunday! We have two amazing family programs happening at Valley Beth Shalom!

At 9:30 am all 5th-7th graders and their families please join us for a very special event for your child with an upcoming B'nai Mitzvah. At World Wide Wrap, you and your children will learn how to wrap tefillin, will be part of a morning minyan service, and will enjoy a delicious breakfast with other families in our community who are preparing for upcoming B'nai Mitzvah.

At this pivotal moment in the Jewish journey of your child (and your whole family), we are here to help make the experience meaningful, educational, and memorable.

Join our VBS clergy, community members, and school leadership as we celebrate this milestone together at World Wide Wrap. Open to ALL FAMILIES with children in 5th-7th grade at any of our VBS schools (ECLC, VBSDS). Siblings welcome!!

At 11:15 am please join Elie Klien, from Adi Negev-Nachalat Eran in Sher Lopaty this Sunday and hear him speak about ADI Negev-Nahalat Eranat (after Worldwide Wrap).

ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran is a 40-acre state-of-the-art rehabilitation village in Israel's south that provides its residents and special education students with the individualized growth plans and specialized services they need to grow and thrive, its rehabilitation patients with the inpatient and outpatient treatments and therapies they need to heal and return to their lives, and the community at large with tangible opportunities for encountering disability, raising awareness and promoting acceptance.

Please reach out to me and Emiy if you have any questions! Shabbat Shalom!

CALLING ALL 5TH-7TH GRADE STUDENTS AND PARENTS!

Welcome to the 2nd annual World Wide Wrap at VBS!

PLEASE JOIN US AFTER THE WORLDWIDE WRAP TO MEET ELIE KLIEN FROM ADI NEGEV-NAHALAT ERAN

Please join Elie Klien, from Adi Negev - Nachalat Eran in the Negev - Israel,  as he joins our school on Sunday at 11:15 (after Worldwide Wrap).

By reimagining rehabilitation, ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran is advancing ability for all – empowering children, adolescents, and adults with severe disabilities from diverse backgrounds and pioneering cutting-edge therapeutic and recovery services for anyone touched by disability.

In addition to caring for and empowering more than 300 residents and special education students with severe disabilities, the expansive and progressive village offers a host of rehabilitative solutions for individuals with varied levels of need across Israel, cultivates empathy and acceptance through education, and provides individuals with disabilities with a framework for personal advancement, social integration and gainful employment.

Elie Klein is the North American Director of Development and the JNF-USA Liaison for ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation village in Israel's south. Over the last decade, he has become an outspoken advocate for the disability community, employing the written and spoken word to promote disability inclusion, equity and access around the globe. Elie is a native of Baltimore, MD, who has lived in Bet Shemesh, Israel, since 2008.
