Liat Cohen

Creative Director and Designer

Liat is our "go-to" graphics person at VBS for print and digital needs. She joined our professional staff in 2016 to support the growth of our expanding online community. Supporting our Marketing & Communications Department, Liat manages internal and external design initiatives from conception through completion.

Prior to joining VBS, Liat directed the art department at a global Jewish advertising agency. She also works independently as a freelance graphic designer and multimedia artist. Her handmade crafts are showcased at the annual VBS ECC Hanukkah Boutique and can be found at Hamsa Babe.

A graduate of UC San Diego, Liat studied Visual Arts, Communications and Web Design. Her son, Reef (8), is a proud graduate of the VBS ECC, where daughter, Luca (4), currently attends.
