On April 29, the ECC will be hosting a Parent’s Night Out fundraising event at Pinz Bowling in Studio City. With the help of generous donors like you, we raised more than $50,000 at last year’s fundraising event. 

This year we are eager to surpass this amount to help support a classroom renovation project. We invite you to support the ECC by a donation of goods and/or services for our auction (i.e. restaurant gift cards, spa certificates, sports or theater tickets, etc.), sponsorship (photo booth or decor) or  a monetary donation.

Individual Event Ticket Pricing   $125

Includes 2 drink tickets, light bites + dessert, bowling & entertainment

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

  • The ECC Bowling League   $2,500 or more

Includes six event tickets, a private reserved bowling lane for up to six bowlers, one VIP swag bag, name recognition on promotional materials, 16 raffle tickets & 18 drink tickets

  • The Strike   $1,800 or more

Includes four event tickets, one VIP swag bag, name recognition on promotional materials, 14 raffle tickets & 6 drink tickets

  • The Spare   $1,250 or more

Includes two event tickets, one VIP swag bag, name recognition on promotional materials, 10 raffle tickets & 6 drink tickets

  • The Split   $750 or more

Includes two event tickets, one VIP swag bag, name recognition on promotional materials, 8 raffle tickets & 4 drink tickets

Please Note: In order to use the following payment types, you must be logged in to your VBS account: 

  1. *ACH (e-check) - No processing fees; can be used to pay in full, or in installments. Requires vbs.org log-in. Must be set-up as a valid payment method prior to completing this form. To set-up ACH (e-check) as a valid payment method, go to "My Account" > "My Payment Methods" > "Add New Payment Method". Follow the instructions to set-up ACH (e-check) payments through Plaid. 
  2. Donor Advised Fund - No processing fees; can be used to pay in full, or in installments. Requires  vbs.org log in.
  3. Payment Plans - We offer pay-in-full or monthly payment options. The monthly plan must be secured with an ACH (e-check) account, debit or credit card.

Credit Card Payment Option: A 2.85% processing fee will be assessed for all credit card charges. Paying by credit card now requires members to pay the processing fee associated with the transaction(s). To eliminate this fee, please select from the above payment options.
