Valley Beth Shalom is offering flu shots at the Mitzvah Day Flu Shot Clinic on  Sunday, November 8 between 11:00am and 2:00pm at VBS in the Sinder Lot under the canopy.

Bring your completed form and a copy of your insurance card (Kaiser also accepted) with you to the Flu Shot Clinic on Sunday, November 8 between 11:00am and 2:00pm. Shot is free with most insurance plans.

The Flu Shot Clinic will be located at VBS in the Sinder Lot under the canopy. Walk ins welcome; pre-registration encouraged.
