Enrollment/Emergency Form:
All members need to have an Enrollment/Emergency Medical Form on file with the Youth Department in order to join us for events. Please download it here and return it tothe Youth Department either by scanning and emailing it to youthdept@vbs.org or by mailing or hand-delivering it to us at 15739 Ventura Blvd, Encino, CA 91436.
Cost:
The VBS USY membership fees help to subsidize our programming. They are only applicable for kids in grades 4-12. A child may come to up to three USY events before becoming an official member of VBS USY.
$85.00 for Valley Beth Shalom Members
$110.00 for Non-Members of VBS
Additionally there is often a small fee per program. Here at VBS we believe that money should never be the issue preventing someone from participating. If you would like to have a confidential conversation about money, please contact Camryn Kruger - ckruger@vbs.org or (818) 530-4026.
Benefits:
Membership in the VBS chapter of USY entitles you to go to all chapter events at a discounted rate, regional and national programs (i.e. LTI., Regional Convention, dances, Kinnusim, etc.), and financial aid for major events for those who need it.
